近年來，生成式人工智慧（generative AI）於醫療領域之應用深具潛力，從醫學影像生成、精準醫療到新藥研發，為醫療決策、診斷與治療帶來了嶄新的前景和機會。然而，伴隨生成式AI技術的快速發展，亦帶來了諸多倫理與規範挑戰。本文將深入探討生成式人工智慧於醫療領域之應用，並就其在個人資料保護、算法偏差、可解釋性、責任歸屬以及監管體系等各方面之倫理與規範議題進行梳理分析，最後則嘗試提出應用生成式人工智慧於醫療領之相關建議。
In recent years, the application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) in the medical field has shown great potential, from medical image generation and precision medicine to new drug development, offering new prospects and opportunities for medical decision making, diagnosis, and treatment. However, the rapid advancement of Generative AI technology also brings numerous ethical and regulatory challenges. This article will explore the applications of Generative AI in healthcare, addressing ethical and regulatory issues such as personal data privacy, algorithmic bias, transparency, explainability, accountability, and the regulatory frameworks. Finally, it will propose recommendations for applying Generative AI in the medical sector.
