The Problem and Countermeasure of Burnout in Healthcare Worker (Part III), Aspect on Nursing Staff’s Burnout
本文針對護理過勞問題起因,最大的壓力源及造成的影響加以探討。護理是醫事人員職種中,人數占最多的一環,其過勞問題影響之鉅,不可小覷。多方探討加強是必要的,除了目前政策推動之外,加強護理人員個人之衝突管理、關懷之理念,以及強化教育、團隊協調、互助等,是立即可行,且勢在必行也能有立竿見影效果的作法。
The characters of nursing staffs burnout’s origins were identified. The stressful conditions that caused burnout and there effects in personal health and patient’s safety were discussed a lot. Besides current policy, we suggest complementary solutions including nurse’s personal education and group coordination, helping and caring to each other should be major part of these solutions.
