英文摘要

Healthcare, part of western science, is rationalism. In reflection as well, healthcare workers (HCW) must find power of love and caring. Attention of relationship with patient and their perception and expectation is HCW’s important task, too. HCW must not neglect small things, because the altitude behind it could be the source of disaster. To give high attention toward patients is not just to please them and fulfill all their positional demands. Rather, under the concept of caring, the most important thing is to give them support of underline true needs in the purpose of improvement. Only then, the caring will meet all parties needs and earn continue improvement of not only all attended parties and whole society as well, thus the best way.
