對於從事醫患協調工作的人員來說,迅速「入戲」,是從事本職工作的一項基本技能,但醫患工作接觸較多不良事件、負面情緒、衝突言語和矛盾氛圍,往往導致自身陷入負面情緒無法抽離。因此,「出戲」比「入戲」更加重要。關於「出戲」,則可以通過正念、放下、排解、幽默感,以及周圍人的幫助和鼓勵來作為策略參考。
Immediate getting-into-play is one of the essential skills for doctor-patient relationship coordination practitioners. Confronting with frequent adverse events, negative emotion and violence from conversation, depressive atmosphere, the doctor-patient relationship practitioners would immerse themselves into bad mood in day-to-day work. Under this certain circumstance, a rapid out-of-play might be more important. Rapid out-of-play could be achieved by being mindfulness, unloading some burden, alleviating, catching some sense of humor, and acquiring the encouragements and help from others.
