現代型調解自1970年代在美國開展以來，有諸多進展，發展出許多不同技巧類型，為能夠清晰說明各種調解類型之不同，本系列文嘗試以著名紛爭交涉案例─姊妹分橙，以及筆者將之改編的進階版來逐一說明。本文以簡介開場，先說明傳統型調解。
Modern mediation has been established since 70’s in USA. Since then, there are many developments of different mediation skills. For better understanding of these difference between these types of mediation skill. The author uses famous case of sister splitting orange and its advance dispute with change of dispute item and issue to explained how will be treated different in different skills with these two cases. The first part is introduction and traditional mediation type.
