Analysis on Prevention of Doctor-Patient Disputes from the Perspective of Comparison between Ancient and Modern Doctor-Patient Relationship
在當今數據爆炸的時代，大量負面訊息和虛假報導一再地挑戰著人們的道德底線，醫病關係日益緊張。從古代醫病關係的角度反思現代的相處之道，更顯其重要。通過對古代有關醫事法學文獻的反覆研究，本文從古今人文、社會環境和調解機制等方面，對現代醫療糾紛的防範提出了若干建議。
In the current era of data explosion, many negative information and untrue reports have repeatedly challenged people’s moral bottom line, and the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense. It is particularly important to reflect on the modern doctor-patient relationship through the ancient doctor-patient relationship. Through the repeated study of ancient medical documents, we put forward some suggestions on the prevention of modern doctor-patient disputes from the aspects of ancient and modern humanities, social environment and ancient mediation mechanism.
