Risk Management and Labeling of Imported Meat Products Containing Beta Agonist: Taking Ractopamine as An Example
現代食品安全法有維護國民健康及保護消費者權益之目標。臺灣歷經各種食安問題後,立法者於食品安全法引進預防原則及風險分析模式。本文擬以開放含萊克多巴胺豬肉進口為例,分析臺灣進口含乙型受體素肉品之風險評估、風險溝通、風險管理及標示規範,並對開放外國含萊克多巴胺肉品進口之風險管理,提出因應對策之建議。
The modern food safety law aims to protect citizens’ health and consumers’ rights to know. After experiencing various food safety outbreaks, legislators introduced the precautionary principle and risk analysis model in Taiwan’s Food Safety Law. This article intends to analyze the risk assessment, risk communication, risk management, and labeling concerning the import of beta-agonist-containing meat.
