Labor Right of Nursing: Fake Periodic Labor Contract of but Non-Periodic in the Reality
Compared to the non-periodic contract, the periodic contract is to labors disadvantageous. The continued working shall nevertheless be non-periodic labor contract. A case would be introduced in this article that the nursing staff has disagreements about the nature of the labor contract with the employer, whether it is periodic contract or not. The dispute would be the concepts of periodic and non-periodic labor contract. It would be discussed how to judge and differ them by introducing this judgment.
