A Rudimentary Discussion about the Labor Right during the Crises of Coronavirus

為因應2019年的新型冠狀病毒疫情,如勞工有配合防疫需求所衍生之防疫隔離假、防疫照顧假、雇主對勞工之照護責任、對自主管理勞工出勤、居家工作、錯峰出勤、異地辦公、減班休息、資遣與大量解僱等問題,就立法院於2020年2月25日三讀通過之「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防治及紓困振興特別條例」及主管機關依災害防救法發布之命令對勞資關係影響及應為如何相對應之規範,本文將一一檢視並作出初步建議。

英文摘要

In this essay would it be analyzed according to Special Act on COVID-19 Prevention, Relief and Restoration which is in force on February 25th 2020 and the order announced by the authorities according to Disaster Prevention and Protection Act how a labor could because of the crises of coronavirus have a break for quarantine and for taking care, what kind of responsibility to the labors the employee would have, whether the labors who manage self-health were attendant, worked at home, were attendant avoiding rush hours, worked in another place, have break due to the reduced attendance, were laid off and massively dismissed form the employment. Then some advisements to react normatively would be presented.
