護理工時之亂象:自假上課、花花班、負時數【本期企劃】 試閱
The Chaos of Nursing Working Hours: Unpaid Training, Two or Three Shifts in a Week, and the Borrow of Leaves/Negative Hours
「自假上課」、「花花班」與「借休/負時數」此三議題皆涉及「護理工時」問題,本文擬介紹此三議題之法律概念,並輔以介紹實際發生之相關新聞事件,擬藉新聞事件之披露,為生澀難懂的法律概念注入生動之活水,期引發共鳴。臺灣自2017年1月1日起實施勞動基準法一例一休制度,「自假上課」、「花花班」與「借休/負時數」之相關規定是否因一例一休制度之實施而有變動,本文亦一併探究之。
The issues of the “unpaid training,” “two or three shifts in a week,” and “borrow of leaves/negative hours” are related to the working hours of nursing. This article intended to introduce these three issues and the related legal opinions. In addition, this article would introduce some news events related to three issues above, and hopefully it would help nurses to understand three issues above easily. On January 1 2017, “one mandatory day off and one flexible rest day off ” was implemented in Taiwan, this article also compared the changes of these three issues after “one mandatory day off and one flexible rest day off ” was implemented.
